Elysee Rules

• Adults only

• No more than EIGHT guests may stay overnight on the property

• Any extra guests that you may have over for dinner and drinks must vacate the property by 10:00 PM

• Please keep noise levels down after 12:00 AM to respect neighbors

• GYM & POOL - Unfortunately the gym and pool provided by the building are NOT available unless escorted by the unit owner.

• No smoking or vaping on the premises

• No pets

• We ask that all amenities we have provided be left behind. Not only is it appreciated by us, but most importantly by the next guests that are counting on using all that is provided

Check In / Check Out

Upon arrival, please check in to the Front Desk under your name which has already been registered. The front desk will escort you to the guest elevator which will take you directly to Unit 1602. The access fobs will be available for you to enter and exit the property as you wish. The building has 24/7 security, and you will need the fob to reenter the building after 9:00 PM.

Upon check out, please lock the doors and leave the fobs in the key dish provided.

Parking Instructions

Please note that the building does not have self parking and is complimentary valet parking. Tipping the valet staff is encouraged.
